四月去銅鑼灣「Terroir」慶生時發現同大廈地舖多咗間新餐廳「Amis」,白雪雪嘅門面低調簡約得黎好有藝術感,印象極其深刻。上網調查時,見到啲食物相都幾得,所以就搞咗個迷你大食會去試一試帶有和風元素嘅法國大餐。網上訂座流程十分簡易,適逢法國五月美食薈,預訂埋$1,480/人嘅九道菜「卯月.皐月」品嘗菜單更可獲贈第十道菜,掂呀!新店面積不大,但勝在樓底高高,燈光有情調,而且冷氣足。簡單嘅裝潢已流露出時代感。五人被安排入座店子最中央位置,厚墊椅櫈大方舒適。潔淨企理嘅廚房就喺隔離,所謂近廚得食,無聊時仲可以偷望到師傅們如何備製膳食。餐桌上除咗擺有餐牌、酒杯、水杯、餐巾之外…小燭光旁仲有店子自家製嘅無添加全天然消毒精華噴霧,造到成枝香水咁靚,睇得出設計者一絲不苟嘅態度。抗疫期間當然唔少得口罩套啦,只係環保嘅小肥早就自備咗私家套。西餐廳嘅開瓶費為$500/樽普通裝紅、白、汽酒、清酒;從酒牌上每叫一枝酒即可免一枝開瓶費。由於當晚小組冇諗住飲得太多,所以就交由駐場嘅侍酒師小雲哥哥幫忙選擇佳釀。(小雲哥哥係咪黎自天神村呢就唔公開啦…)五口子結果竟然飲咗兩枝日本清酒,明顯係一個高興嘅晚上!麵包籃上場前
