太座在中環上座談會,我放工後趕往會合,她說想吃漢堡包薯條,去麥記?雖然我知道您是一個肯為我捱麥記的女人,但人生在世,一餐半餐,為何不嘗試其他?我提議到近在咫尺的法國漢堡包店。店子的裝修,檯椅的擺設,簡單地顯現歐洲人的無拘無朿的一面,而餐牌的食物名稱是用了法文,附上英文解釋,店員全是法國人,彷似到了法國某角落。太座點了 Le Philibert 漢堡包,雜菜沙律。這漢堡包是用雞肉做的,還加了太座超喜愛的芝士和扒甜椒,芝士已融,令雞肉不覺鞋,入口濕潤,又帶點香草的芳香,原來加了 tarragon,滿佈芝麻的麵包暖和,有彈性,醬汁微甜,味道一流。雜菜沙律,有番茄乾,沙律新鮮爽脆,很健康。我愛吃牛,點了 Le Bartholome,所採用的牛肉是來自澳洲無賀爾蒙和抗生素的飼養農場,半生熟的牛肉仍帶些血水,加上甜的洋蔥,香脆的煙肉,濃郁的芝士,想不好吃也難。薯條的顏色比一般般常吃的深,而且很多短的,原來是用了個子不大的優質荷蘭薯,所以切出來便是短身,薯味和質感都不錯。飲品選了來自法國的 The Elixirs of Archibald Fernand,有四款口味,選了西柚及一款石榴配薄荷,不太甜
