日本漁市場是不少港人指定朝聖地,不過識飲識食的,行完漁市場,一定會在附近找間「浜燒店」,坐下來,嘆即燒海鮮。(浜 : 即是海浪中的沙石衝擊的岩石所發出的聲音,常被誤讀作「兵」,中文正確讀法為「賓」,常被誤作為中文的「浜」字而讀成「幫」,浜燒即是在海邊燒食物) 日本的浜燒店,通常會找個空地,搭個帳篷,客人面前放個燒烤爐,你order剛剛撈起的海鮮,燒好,灑點鹽調味,食得!就這樣簡單美味。香港的浜燒店從來不多,據我所知數目應該一對手能數得完,這間位於銅鑼灣澳門逸園中心的漁獲浜燒位置便利,位於電車路希慎廣場對面,離地鐵站只是兩分鐘的腳程。這裡的海鮮來貨,日本,南非,加拿大,美國以及本地海產都有,會養在餐廳內幾個小魚缸,今日所見,就有南非鮑魚、波士頓龍蝦、大蜆、日本榮螺,上桌時還依不同品種由蠕動,扭動,暴動以至激動!很是生猛。老闆特地從日本訂來gas爐,一枱一個,在客人面前燒海鮮。由於火力頗猛,火喉不易控制,火爐火力頗難掌握。而且像帶子,榮螺等食物,燒烤時店員會稍稍加豉油及sake調味,需要掌握調味份量,因此燒烤這工作會由店員待勞。甫坐下店員便送來前菜芝麻鹽醬椰菜,吃日本菜前菜沙律有麻醬試過不

另外再點了三兩個佐酒之物,胃納已容不下甜點,聽說這裏的椰子雪芭亦十分出色,正好給我再次到訪的藉口。
