餐廳新開分店,見到好多好評,所以去試下,叫左個二人套餐。先講優點:上菜快、碟頭大、職員有禮、環境寬敞缺點:多款菜式偏甜,普遍欠缺泰菜必備的香茅、檸檬葉、南薑等香料,味道單一青木瓜沙律:紅蘿蔔和青瓜較多,所以成口生蘿蔔和青瓜的青味。甜酸醬汁但欠缺青檸、香茅、檸檬葉、蔥蒜等香料,不夠惹味椰子雞湯:椰奶味濃,雞肉唔算乾柴,多菇和番茄,但欠缺檸檬葉青檸汁南薑等香料,所以似飲緊淨椰奶,最奇怪係食到唐芹粒沙嗲串燒雞和牛:沙嗲汁見到好多花生但無花生和沙嗲香,得個甜字。雞和牛無搽醬都好甜,雞幾嫩滑,牛則是無牙婆都「妹」到個種冧,同想像中一口牛既口感不同炒雜菜:最好食的一碟菜泰式金邊粉:面頭的花生是裝飾,無花生香的,但整體味道ok。粉未熟透,所以最後打包返屋企加工明爐青檸烏頭:烏頭冇泥味,但配菜有d 9唔搭8: 椰菜、椰菜花、番茄、青口、墨魚仔。而且又係缺少應有的香料,無咩味,好彩有半個青檸,我擠完個青檸就放左去個椰汁湯度吊一吊味。雖然大大碟3個人都夠食,但有d都要另外加錢,加加下都$500+,以咁既味道,算係性價比極一般
