花膠唔算好厚身, 薄薄地, 好滑溜充滿膠質. 食完個咀有痴痴地既膠質, 好真材實料.
仲有蟹肉絲, 冬姑等配料. 其實味道同魚翅個蠔皇湯汁差唔多, 但又夾到花膠.

仲食魚翅甘唔環保甘OUT, 而家興食花膠啦.

餐廳還貼心地提供手套, 食蟹當然落手食先滋味. 隻蟹夠大隻, 蟹肉多到可以啖啖肉, 而且蟹鉗也超厚肉. 肉質彈牙綿滑有鮮味, 仲帶有好香黑椒味同蒜香, 十分惹味. 食落都幾辣, 但辣卻好快散去, 完全可以俾怕辣既人感受到食辣既刺激.

老實說, 兩款都係我喜歡, 一次滿足到我, 不禁暗爽.

芒果果肉飽滿而且好香甜, 椰汁伴著較硬身爽口既紫米及軟糯淋身既糯米飯. 整舍組合已經滿足到我啦. 跟泰國有點不同是少了脆脆粒及一種鹹味, 因為鹹味更能帶出甜味.

Other Info. : 由於食海鮮好多殼, 店員很貼心附上濕紙巾, 換餐碟也比較密, 值得一讚.
