今日尊誠去九龍城食泰國菜,一轉入侯王道,就見到有咪錶位,即刻拍低架車。周圍都係泰國菜館,花多眼亂,不過偶遇個朋友,佢介紹咗我哋去一間新開嘅泰國菜館,原來就係侯王道。佢話食過幾次好正,所以佢負責點菜, 叫咗個柚子沙律、肉碎生菜包、糯米釀雞翼、 炸蝦餅、海南雞… 佢話早啲嚟仲可以食鹽燒魚。夏天食柚子沙律,特別美美。柚子多汁又新鮮配上青木瓜, 甜甜酸酸少少辣做前菜幾好。再嚟一份香草碎肉生菜包,炒得香噴噴熱辣辣嘅碎肉,同新鮮嘅生菜包住一齊食,特別滋味。糯米釀雞翼做緊特價,所以叫咗兩隻試下。 不得了,泰式味道返曬嚟。佢用咗泰國嘅特別香料撈埋啲糯米飯,再釀入雞翼度。 有泰國風味,我相信如果鍾意食泰國菜嘅朋友都會鍾意食。海南雞一定要試,好新鮮,有食新鮮雞嘅感覺 ; 又滑又香,唔會太肥。最重要提一提大家,一定要點這個雞汁,有曼谷水門街雞飯汁嘅味道。蝦餅都要食,新鮮彈牙。今次朋友介紹真係唔錯可以再嚟。
