我太耐冇食過泰國舖頭既鴨肉湯河喇,放完工試下去尖沙咀睇下有咩野食先,咁岩經過厚福街,見到新開無幾耐既泰式河粉,見他的湯底都好濃郁,於事入去試下。其實泰國船河一向以湯底聞名,而這間餐廳用羅勇地區既配方整船河。【泰式鴨肉湯河】$42非常濃郁而無味精湯頭,又有炸豬皮鴨肉芽菜通菜蔥等配料,份量不算多,鴨肉係一塊塊肉沒有骨,唔錯,麵底選取超寬粉 ,像河粉般的,稍有口感。【豬、牛串燒】厚切既豬同牛都保留到肉汁,燒完都唔乾,烤得剛剛好,還仲帶點青檸味,有些驚喜,再點上花生沙嗲醬更加美味。【青檸梳打】炎炎夏日,緊係叫杯青檸梳打來降降火。
