最近上網見到太子新開咗一間雞煲x火鍋x泰國菜嘅餐廳,又幾特別嘅Crossover,再睇下介紹餐廳原來係泰國人主理,泰國廚師,主打正宗泰國菜,好地道咁,同朋友都好想試下,一次過滿足曬我哋。餐廳外有一大片打卡牆,打卡一流。店員有禮,耐心介紹餐廳出品,教我哋點樣配搭,好專業。泰國椰青雞煲(半隻)$208也送 美國頂級雪花肥牛我哋點咗哩款,店員將整個椰青連肉放入鍋中,滾起後,先飲靚湯底,湯底好清甜又滋潤,再加湯再打邊爐。再點左幾樣打邊爐,有韭菜餃$48、手打蝦丸$58、皇帝菜 $38和嫩鴨血$63;手打蝦丸鋪上魚籽有4大粒;皇帝菜新鮮脆綠;鴨血十分嫩滑。泰式明爐蒸烏頭王(檸汁) $240食完雞煲邊爐,又想試下泰菜,於是我哋叫左泰式明爐蒸烏頭王,魚好大條且肉質嫩滑,味道夠地道。泰式串燒沙嗲(半打) $98 再點咗半打串燒,豬、牛、雞各兩串,三款串燒各有特色,肉都好厚身,份量不少,配上特調沙嗲醬好惹味,好滿足。原來訂座會送串燒。餐廳只收加一服務費。餐廳出品高質,選擇又多,下次會再嚟。
