今次試了一家在屯門的一間，全港都有好幾家分店，感覺有點保證。裝修以木和竹為主調，確實有種泰國舒服休閒感覺。椰子雞湯 Coconut Chicken Soup，椰汁和雞的組合就是絕配，喝下去已經非常舒服，還有不少雞髀菇作配料。泰北咖哩雞腿金麵 "Khao Soi" of Curried Chicken Leg with Fresh Egg Noodles，咖哩異常惹味，配蛋麵不停大口大口吃，咖哩好吃到雞腿好像變配角了。招牌蟹肉臘腸炒飯 Thai Preserved Sausage & Crab Meat Fried Rice，臘腸粒鹹鹹甜甜，搭上蟹肉的鮮味，炒飯再適合不過。芒果糯米飯 Sticky Rice with Fresh Mango，糯米飯夠暖，椰漿夠多，芒果夠鮮甜，已是一個好的芒果糯米飯。新鮮椰青 Fresh Young Coconut，夏日喝椰青水是最棒的。熱帶風情 Mango Hug，芒果菠蘿沙冰，夠冰涼。°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°Bamboo Thai @bamboothai_hk📍 屯門屯順街1號屯門市廣場1期3樓3226號舖#MrsL
