很懷念以前在泰國路邊吃過的彩虹粉,看雜誌知道這兒有得吃,所以特意來找回味蕾的回憶。翻了餐牌好幾回,不見彩紅粉,原來餐牌的名字叫雜錦湯河,只因材料豐富,有魚旦、魚片、玻璃魷魚、豬紅、豆卜、通菜,重點是湯底是淺紅色的,味道酸甜酸甜的,只售$20,不過河粉的份量不是很多。另點了一碗$35元的泰式海鮮粉絲湯,材料有紹菜、芹菜、魷魚、蝦、肉片、蛋花,只嫌胡椒粉味重了點。這個粉絲湯清淡不油膩,蠻適合夏天吃,尤其是怕胖的女士們。
