星期六下午到了九龍城食LUNCH,見到呢間泰風情,入去一試,無論門口有個泰國姐姐及室內的泰式裝飾,都感受到泰國風情,而且店員還指大廚都係泰國人添,店員給我地推界了好多特色菜式,分別有黑毛豬串燒$88,响呢年間,通常到訪高級西餐廳才會推界黑毛豬, 而且還要是指HAM, 但出奇地呢度都有黑毛豬,還有是以沙嗲串燒的烹調手法, 賣相很吸引,金黃色,有啲炭焦香口,試過原味豬肉好嫩口唔肥膩, 好滑溜,肉質好腍,也嘗試蘸沙嗲醬,就有返泰色串燒的感覺。主菜叫了招牌豬手$88-又令我諗起,一般豬手係德國店才出現,又或是中國豬肉,冇諗過泰國也煮到如此好味的豬手,果然係招牌菜,肉質超腍,好滑,個豬皮帶點黏口及皮質也好口腍身, 配以一個不會太咸的汁,味道剛好,又一令我覺得食泰國菜,原來有更多新穎菜色可一嚐的。另一道菜,咖哩雞配蒜蓉法包,咖哩不是太辣,略帶甜味,店員介紹下次可試海鮮的惹味咖哩仲吸引及地道呀, 配以法包好鬆脆。最後叫了新鮮椰青,好清甜呀!

主菜叫了招牌豬手$88-又令我諗起,一般豬手係德國店才出現,又或是中國豬肉,冇諗過泰國也煮到如此好味的豬手,果然係招牌菜,肉質超腍,好滑,個豬皮帶點黏口及皮質也好口腍身, 配以一個不會太咸的汁,味道剛好,又一令我覺得食泰國菜,原來有更多新穎菜色可一嚐的。
