好友每年都去泰國三、四次,疫症期間當然冇得郁啦,所以佢約我嚟呢間「工廠大廈穩世泰國食店」,佢仲話一定要早幾日book, 餐廳細細間,如果冇book去到,就只能講byebye😅。我哋點咗:小食拼盤有蝦餅,魚餅,春巻,雞棗;炸得香口,每件都大大件,幾抵食。咁多香口美食,當然要每人點杯「青檸梳打」清清熱氣,青檸很新鮮,甜度適中,清新解渴。泰式燒豬頸肉呢個係招牌菜,邊緣位置微微燒焦,有陣陣炭燒香,肉質好juice,配以泰式酸辣醬,好惹味。蒜蓉包一層厚厚嘅牛油蒜蓉,又香又脆,好快就俾我哋兩個食晒😊。黃咖哩牛腩就有啲失望,咖哩汁幾香濃好味,不過牛腩唔知點解冇味道😅。
