天氣熱辣辣,總是令人欠缺食慾飯就食吾落,反而想食d酸酸辣辣既粉面心血來潮決定同女朋友去食下好耐無食的泰國野今次我地去左間新開的鋪頭仔餐牌選擇以粉面為主,款式都比較多樣化,價錢都十分親民 炸雞扒湯檬 ($32),揀左冬陰公湯底,湯粉和雞扒都份量十足,上菜時香氣濃郁,先嚐一口湯底,酸辣度適中而且吾會過鹹,檬粉晶瑩剔透又彈牙,雞扒亦醃得非常入味,雞皮雖然浸係湯裡面但仍有少少脆,肉質爽滑,整體開胃惹味 招牌豬頸肉金邊粉($33),揀左清湯底,湯底清甜而且配料多,有花生碎、芽菜、芫荽、白蘿蔔等,金邊粉爽滑吾易斷,口感煙韌,豬頸肉燒得不錯,肉的周邊微微焦香,加上厚切所以吾會過於乾身,咬落仍然軟淋有彈性,肉汁香濃可口
