To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炭燒豬頸肉口感味道與別不同,爽口彈牙,店員一攞上枱就炭香四溢,整個餐廳香氣四溢,尤其喺當糖分喺焗爐裡面微燻,變得格外惹味焦香。特色奶西多,多士表面有牛油、糖漿、condensed milk,牛油搭配多士的奶味,口感因多士外層嘅酥脆遞增,香口又惹味。咖吔菠蘿油,咖央醬帶有啖啖椰香同雞蛋味,令菠蘿油的味道更上一層,菠蘿油本身外層金黃酥脆,熱辣辣嘅飽中間合住牛油,溶到一半嘅牛油令成件事變得完美,口感層次豐富。泰式奶茶嘅茶葉濃郁,而且味道非常正宗嘅泰式口味!
