喺尖沙咀返工嘅朋友話最近試咗一間環境唔錯又好食嘅泰國菜,所以今日就同老公嚟試吓呢間泰斗。嚟得食泰國菜基本上一定要叫炸蝦餅,而呢個金銀蛋就係一個錦上添花嘅皮蛋蝦餅,佢係用蝦膠包住整個原隻皮蛋再炸,然後切開上碟,淨係賣相都已經夠吸睛,而佢選用嘅皮蛋都係靚貨,所以味道真係好夾好好食。另外當然唔少得嘅就係叫返幾串串燒,呢個鹽燒牛舌所配嘅並唔係沙嗲醬,而係泰式辣汁,牛舌厚身得嚟夠爽口,係3款串燒中最好食嘅!另外仲點咗串燒豬肉同串燒雞肉,呢2款就配以沙嗲醬,個人認為豬肉整體較好味。店員推介我哋試咖喱火焰老虎蝦,老虎蝦上枱之後,店員就會淋上燃燒中嘅拔蘭地,不但令味道提升,更加係視覺上嘅享受。爽口嘅虎蝦肉配上香而帶微辣嘅咖喱汁,簡直係絕配。為咗唔想浪費咁美味嘅咖喱汁,我哋就點咗一客蒜蓉包,上面有粒粒蒜蓉,牛油亦搽得均勻,就咁食都已經好好味。另外又試埋烤薄餅,個人認為味道較簡單嘅烤薄餅點咖喱汁,味道更夾更突出。原本想點泰式椰菜苗,可惜店員話冇貨,唯有要蝦醬炒通菜,味道都唔錯,而且份量都相當多相當抵食。見到隔離枱嘅沙冰超大杯,所以我哋都叫咗一杯菠蘿沙冰,賣相超靚,味道又唔太甜,呢個份量share飲已經足夠
