香港搵泰菜唔難,但唔係間間都保留到地道風味,事關好多為咗迎合港人口味,會調低辣度又唔夠惹味,或者一味得個鹹字。呢間連續幾年入選米芝蓮推介嘅泰菜餐廳,就連帶我嚟嘅泰妹都推介,事關菜式平衡到港人口味之餘,又不失泰菜獨特色香味,食完包你舔舔脷😋😋1️⃣泰式虎蝦炒金邊粉 Pad Thai of Tiger Prawns ($158) 炒好一碟金邊粉,其實好考功夫。先唔講味道,淨係講質感,炒到一patpat、太濕、太碎嘅比比皆是。呢碟金邊粉,我欣賞佢乾濕度適中,仍然保留到粉條嘅彈牙🤏。大虎蝦🍤有四大隻,肉質都算新鮮彈牙。味道方面,帶出到分明嘅香料鮮味,撈埋花生🥜、豆腐乾、芽菜、蝦乾同青檸,偏清爽,唔係一味加甜加酸。重口味人士或者覺得唔夠惹味,可以自行加調味料,但對小妹嚟講,夾埋其他濃味餸菜一齊食嘅話,我覺得反而平衝到膩感 👌2️⃣沙嗲鷄串燒 Chargrilled chicken satay ($138) 🍢共五串,燒得啱啱好,外皮焦脆帶有微微炭燒香氣,內裡保持到鷄肉嘅嫩滑口感。串燒配有辣沙嗲蘸醬,後勁都幾辣🥵唔食得辣人士點少少好啦😆青瓜沙律夾住幾粒辣椒紅蔥,好fresh,同啖啖肉一齊食fit哂!3️⃣鮮製

呢個 ❗❗真❤推❤介❗❗ 香港好難搵到高質泰式roti!! 呢一個淋上滿滿Nutella同煉奶,皮薄又脆,香蕉🍌份量好足,經典組合冇得輸,食到幾飽都要另開一個胃食埋呢個!Roti可加配椰子雪糕,今次冇嗌,但之前食過都好match,椰子味突出,絕對值得一試😚

📍餐廳工業風裝修,水泥牆,樓底高,裝修尚可。
📍枱細細,同隔離枱相隔較近,唔係話坐得特別舒服。
📍有半開放座位,夏天坐呢邊都幾熱 (當係增添泰國風味?😝)
