To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今朝要返公司,既然出咗嚟,下晝就去上環逛下,我俾呢間藍色嘅大廈吸引咗,就食個南洋午餐啦。店員推介海南雞髀飯,或者蒜炒牛柳粒飯,我特別想食一啲香口啲嘅嘢,所以揀咗蒜炒牛柳粒飯。平時食開嘅牛柳粒飯都會配薯仔,但係呢一度係配豆泡,感覺健康啲。本身牛柳粒都煮得好入味,而且仲加咗好多洋蔥、紅椒同青椒去吊味,辣辣地味道更突出。我追加咗個小食,係鳳尾蝦越式春卷,都係幾有特色㗎,外面係幾層脆皮,包住入面嘅蝦肉,再配以甜醬食,唔錯嘅選擇。咁多樣濃味,而且煎炸嘅食物,最好飲番啲凍嘢,中和一下。見佢有泰式咖啡,就叫一杯嚟試吓,點知一嚟就嚟三隻杯。原因係咖啡同埋花奶煉奶分開上,咖啡喺咖啡壺入面焗5分鐘之後(如果想濃啲咖啡味可以焗耐啲),再倒入煉奶同花奶,攪勻佢,如果想甜啲就可以攪勻得耐少少,將沈喺底嘅花奶同煉奶都融入咖啡入面。因為我係叫凍飲,所以最後嘅步驟就係將攪勻嘅咖啡,倒入放咗冰嘅杯入面令佢成為凍飲。泰式咖啡非常之好味,最好嘅係我可以自己調節自己鍾意嘅濃度同埋甜度,過程好有趣新鮮。
