收到蘇媽廚房搬往旺角消息,三五成群又要出勤,WhatsApp預約私房菜,蘇媽推介比我哋嘅係新出品「泰式咖喱餐」。一團10人沿住豉油街一直往渡船街方向走,漸漸遠離熱鬧,睇見一間淺紫色舖頭,加上四周清靜,好似進入一處休閒景界。打頭陣係椰汁雞湯,香濃椰汁味,怕辣的都可以一試,真心覺得幾啱香港人口味;再來有紅咖喱牛肉配蒜茸包(新鮮熱辣辣嘅蒜茸包浸入咖喱汁,入口依然脆卜卜,一個字形容—讚!)接著係青咖喱海鮮同黃咖喱大蝦,帶子脹卜卜又惹味,原來海鮮配咖喱真係一絕,唔食得太辣嘅我都忍唔住一羹羹嘅咖喱汁直接倒入口。仲有個超可愛嘅迷你菠蘿炒飯及椰汁咖喱時蔬,再配埋一人一杯青檸梳打及飯後甜品—泰式西米糕及椰汁糕,呢一餐總算不枉我地一直追蹤蘇媽廚房的下落呀!
