To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對上一手的日式食店也捱了一段日子,通常一轉做放題已知是時日無多!結業後不久便輪到這家泰式小店登場.沿用上手的座位,改在近門口位罝賣串燒,燒烤時香味四散在放工時間也吸引到不少人停下光顧.餐牌款式不多,數十元已有串燒、飲品及粉麵價錢是十分大眾化.泰式炒金邊粉----單看賣相是不錯的!吃起來味道與當地的相像!粉條炒得散開沒黏成一團,乾身油份少.沒有為遷就港式口味而加上其它如蟹柳這種不倫不類的配料!連外賣也有跟上一小角青檸,細心位值得加分!燒雞腎----以這大小來看應是用上火雞腎來燒,沒有咬不開的筋膜相連,切成角狀的腎吃起來爽脆無渣!燒雞全翼----燒得外皮香脆肉質依然保持嫩滑.如果熱度再高一點效果會更好.吃這類串燒醬汁的味道也是重要一環.除了常吃到的甜酸汁及辣汁外,沙爹汁的味道也調得不錯,微辣中帶濃濃的花生的香味.也順便買了一包$10的蝦片回家,吃起來是鬆脆不油膩.很多時在小店吃到有水準的出品,往往比在花了錢有期待的來得高興!
