肚餓搵嘢食,來到西環666泰船麵,叫咗個大家常食架“泰式海南雞飯”,價錢適中細碗$28,加多$5有嘢飲。大概等咗2分鐘d嘢食就上臺啦,都幾快。當我見到個“泰式海南雞飯”時,哇,好正宗喔!海南雞飯的雞肉最緊要夠嫩滑,應該有用鹽麴醃一下,所以肉沒有腥味,而雞肉更滑,油飯,是海南雞飯的神髓,那股撲鼻而來,飽滿、難言的油潤芳菲,真是怡神開胃,醬料也是主要的,酸甜味濃,說不盡的滋。宜家真係好難食到好味的泰式海南雞飯,雖然有好多專門店,但水準不能保持穩定,對於對食物有要求的朋友很是失望。好在搵到還有幾間好嘢✌。
