早前朋友安排好一顿豐富的飯局,我們主力要來吃泰國的海鮮。餐廳門面及裝修不錯,美麗放鬆的環境,坐得很舒服。餐廳佈置更充滿地道泰式風情,讓客人也能感受如置身泰國!叫杯泰式飲品~三色冰,傳統的三色冰爽滑富奶香,椰汁不會太甜,涼快而滿足。這盤熱騰騰鍋上的冬蔭功海鮮湯,巨無霸的份量,材料豐足,有蝦、青口、蜆、魷魚、菇、鮮茄子等和很多配香料、食到落底部仍清晰仲見足料份量,同時將本身的海鮮味、香味和辣味充分發揮出來, 而嗰份鮮香味,現在都十分回味!這個芝士焗大頭蝦,好誘人呀,大頭蝦膏味濃,蝦頭含膏量極豐富,勁香脆、惹味又香口,真是沒有不吃的理由啊!燒海鲜拼盤包括大頭蝦、大蜆、貴妃蚌、魷魚和元貝;整體海鲜都十分新鮮,味鮮甜但口感一般,貴妃蚌味道特別鮮美,其肉質甘脆嫩滑,可能燒的關係,略為乾身咗,但這碟很快也吃光了。泰國的生醃膏蟹極新鮮,鮮甜味也很足,而且大大隻,味道也調較得甚好。光看就讓人眼前為之一亮,不過第一次生食膏蟹,不敢食太多!最後來的泰式炒雜菜,西蘭花,白蘑菇,紅蘿蔔,芽菜等,味道很清淡。
