今日同朋友去銅鑼灣食泰國野,見到menu裏面有新嘅菜式原來係打邊爐!仲有兩款湯底,一個係船湯底另一個係冬陰功湯底,兩種唔同嘅湯底別有一番風味!船湯底加咗香茅,青檸,班蘭葉同埋蒜味道更加突出!再有濃濃豬骨味,夠哂濃郁!冬陰功都夠地道,酸辣感幾重帶香茅香,非常醒胃!而火鍋配料非常之多,大概有40款!我選了蝦滑,新鮮鵝腸,墨魚丸,還有日本稻庭烏冬!放湯底灼一灼就食得!非常鮮甜嘅蝦滑再加上湯底,零舍入!味另外三鮮鵝腸非常之q彈,亦都非常之掛湯,墨魚丸彈牙無比再加上墨魚的香味,不錯不錯!最正就係日本稻庭烏冬烏冬嗰個質地非常之軟,再加上淆湯底嘅精華,絕。

火鍋配料非常之多,大概有40款!我選了蝦滑,新鮮鵝腸,墨魚丸,還有日本稻庭烏冬!放湯底灼一灼就食得!非常鮮甜嘅蝦滑再加上湯底,零舍入!味另外三鮮鵝腸非常之q彈,亦都非常之掛湯,墨魚丸彈牙無比再加上墨魚的香味,不錯不錯!

最正就係日本稻庭烏冬烏冬嗰個質地非常之軟,再加上淆湯底嘅精華,絕。
