是日星期五,happy friday 勁唔想煮飯,所以去左元朗呢間良心小店「阿叔泰麵」食個晚飯。餐廳位於元朗西菁街,旁邊好多整車鋪頭,門口呈橙黃色,好容易搵到,餐廳內裝修都幾靚,牆身有好多漫畫圖畫,背景仲播住泰文歌曲,周圍都好有泰式風情,唔知仲以為自己去左泰國添呀。船麵層層叠:餐牌上見到有樣叫「船麵層層叠」,詢問店員下得知原來係細細碗嘅船麵,有牛肉、豬肉同雞肉揀,配有芽菜,通菜同花生碎。麵方面可以揀金邊粉、河粉、粉絲或米粉。一碗$15,10碗或以上就每碗$12,20碗或以上就每碗$10,食得越多越平,除此之外,亦都可以加$20配小食一款,分別有粒粒雞棗、篤篤炸丸、香茅魚露雞翼同聖芭東酸辣鳳爪。我地揀左要雞肉船麵,要金邊粉,湯底以新鮮牛骨熬製,味道鮮甜,非常濃郁。湯底花生味香濃,金邊粉 食落爽口,入口煙韌,檯上仲有四款醬料,分別係白醋、砂糖、辣椒粉、魚露,客人可以自行加入船麵去調配自己口味。蛋炒咖哩蟹肉飯:泰式咖喱係我最愛嘅菜式之一,不過咖喱配蟹肉就真係少見,所以打算試下。呢個飯賣相非常吸引,所以我地都忍唔住「相機食先」,值得一讚係咖喱汁同白飯有分隔開,咁就唔洗驚要食「湯飯」啦。蛋炒咖喱

蛋炒咖哩蟹肉飯:
泰式咖喱係我最愛嘅菜式之一,不過咖喱配蟹肉就真係少見,所以打算試下。

呢個飯賣相非常吸引,所以我地都忍唔住「相機食先」,值得一讚係咖喱汁同白飯有分隔開,咁就唔洗驚要食「湯飯」啦。

蛋炒咖喱味道極為香濃,味道唔會太辣,蟹肉分量都唔算少,配埋滑蛋,口感非常正,配埋白飯食,真係好開胃。

聖巴東酸辣無骨鳳爪:
我地另外都單點左個鳳爪,份量比想像中多,食落爽脆有咬口,味道方面酸酸辣辣,非常惹味。
