To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

打完波在上環醫肚，朋友說附近有一間明星茶記，食物質素有保証，還可以滿足地吃一頓泰越快餐呢！綠色的建築物十分耀眼，進入店後感覺也很懷舊，牆上每一角落盡是明星的簽名相片呢。常餐食物款式頗多 ：有滑蛋、香腸及牛油多士，而且價錢合理。我們點了最想吃的牛油雞翼冬陰功金邊粉、清湯雞扒米粉套餐及懷舊熱狗＋粗薯條。食多士最重要是烘到燶邊，中間夾著厚身的牛油，香、濃、脆、軟的口感非筆墨能所形容。牛油雞翼佈滿金黃色的蒜香粒，肉質嫩滑外皮脆，金邊粉煮得軟硬適中，湯底香濃美味。朋友吃的雞扒大大件又低食，外皮煎得香脆又juicy.熱狗的醬汁夠曬多， 餡料更多到滿瀉 內裡的生菜、蕃茄也十分新鮮；很耐沒有吃過這款粗薯條了，熱辣辣又脆口，懷舊得令人懷念。
