今晚同朋友過嚟深水埗買啲嘢,經過呢間鋪頭見到係米芝蓮餐廳,都可以入去一齊食個晚飯。依間寫住米芝蓮餐廳,推廣食泰式海南雞,咁我哋就兩個人叫咗半隻雞。食泰國嘢,第一時間會諗起食啲酸酸甜甜嘅嘢,所以叫咗個泰式鳳爪。我朋友之前食過呢間,介紹咗個泰式香草煎蛋俾我食。原本諗住叫個煎蝦餅,問職員他們推介芝士蝦球,口感同蝦餅差不多,但裏面是包着留心芝士的。見隔離枱帶咗個泰國啤酒,我哋都帶咗兩支啤酒。半隻雞到咗,賣相都可以,雞皮冇多餘嘅脂肪,雞肉都算滑,不過食落就冇乜特別囉。呢個泰式鳳爪食落去好入味,份量都算唔錯,幾好食呢個泰式香草煎蛋,就咁睇如果唔知有啲似千層甜品🍮食落去幾香口,啲香草味又唔會太長,搶咗啲蛋嘅味道,令到兩者好平衡個味道,口味嘅嘢有機會大家都有分別,本人覺得可以值得一試。支啤酒到枱,我哋order要求佢要凍啲嘅,但係唔知係因為啲啤酒本身唔凍,定因為用膠杯飲,係依個天時暑熱嘅時候,飲落去真係一啲凍嘅感覺都冇,我哋再叫咗個冰桶,再多一支雪定,最尾真係食晒啲嘢先至飲到少少凍嘅感覺,啤酒真係好失敗,可以嘅話我下次都唔會再叫呢個芝士蝦球賣相一流,睇落去即叫即炸,不過一切開,見到個芝士得好少份量有啲
