To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 極道喜愛這個泰式香辣肉碎炒河,河粉是很粗的那種,不是像金邊粉的那種幼身粉 (其實幼身的河粉用來炒真的不好味),配上辣肉碎,粟米仔和豆等配料,非常惹味,因為是泰國菜,所以是比較辣,但也是香辣的,很開胃,出面很多店鋪炒河粉都好油膩,食左一半已經唔想食,但呢道炒河唔會有呢種感覺,佢炒得不算太油之餘,如外賣的話,他會在盒底鋪上生菜吸走多餘的油,太窩心了。午餐時段,配上凍飲也只是$58,實在是太便宜太好味了。之前都有食過佢的泰式蝦醬炒飯和豬手飯,豬手都好淋好入味,是泰國的那風味,但試過炒河後,其實都不想再吃了,介紹給同事後,他們都很喜歡呢!!
