To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日要去上環取電話續約禮品，之後有朋友約我食午餐，去了差館上街榮華南洋冰室，原來這條街有好多餐廳，這間餐廳外觀裝修懷舊，令人印象深刻。特色午餐海南雞髀油飯$68，雞肉嫩滑，份量又多，配上酸瓜食更好味。再加一個常餐，五點半前$58，香茅豬扒米粉，配火腿、腸仔、炒蛋，加$5由牛油多士轉咖吔多士，豬扒夠大塊又入味，米粉煮得剛剛好，炒蛋夠滑，多士就當飯後甜品😋配熱飲不用加錢。另外配多一個泰式鳳爪，非常爽口入味，酸酸辣辣令人非常開胃。
