We seldom order pork neck as it is one of the fattiest parts of pigs. But we both satisfied with the barbecued pork neck since most of the oily part has been removed after grilling. The taste is strong and the texture is soft. When consuming with the sauce, the pork neck becomes more appetizing due to the sour and spicy flavour.

火焰燒雞 (Grill Chicken on Fire) $198
火焰燒雞係佢哋嘅特色菜式之一,菜式如其名會喺客人面前用火燒,燒完之後可以請師傅將雞斬件。儘管用火焰燒完,肉質都唔覺得乾身。雖然旁邊伴有酸甜醬,但係肉味重而且雞皮已經經過調味,所以我哋都冇特地去蘸醬。
Grill chicken on fire is one of the special dishes of Milu Thai. The presentation is literally a chicken put on fire in front of customers. They will chop the chicken into pieces after the show. Surprisingly, we do not find the texture dry even after grilling the chicken with fire. Despite it serves with sweet and sour sauce, we suggest that you not to taste with the sauce, as the chicken is seasoned beforehand that gives sufficient flavour.

大頭蝦冬蔭功湯 Tom Yum Kung Soup $118
蝦嘅份量唔多,但係頗為入味。下有微火保溫,就算食得慢都唔怕湯變涼。酸辣程度中規中矩,適合大眾口味。可供2-3個人飲用。
The shrimp absorb most of the tom yum kung soup flavour, which gives it a strong flavour. A candle is used to keep the soup warm underneath. The level of spiciness is on average and suit the majority. The small size could serve two to three people.

青檸梳打 / 珍多冰 (Lime Soda / Iced Cendol) $28
兩杯飲品都幾有特色,青檸梳打在杯底貼上乾冰,形成冒煙嘅效果,而味道清新解渴。珍多冰椰味幾濃,內裡加入由糯米粉製成嘅綠色粉條,質感幾特別。
Dry ice is stuck into the inner part of the lime soda, which gives the vaporizing effect. It tastes refreshing. Iced cendol is rich in coconut flavour. Some green flour jelly is mixed with it and the texture is quite special.
