依個星期天氣十分之熱,高達35度!天氣熱就諗起泰國菜我叫左“遊船河“, 內有豬肉片,豬肉丸,豬潤,芽菜,通菜,金不換。湯底顏色呈黑色,原來係加左豬血,飲落口帶甜味,正!但豬潤煮得耐變鞋口。一送上即有香濃既咖喱香味,湯底呈紅色,其實係唔辣既(椰汁咖喱味),雞翼有4隻,肉質嫩滑,男朋友大讚成碗都好好味!成張單只係98蚊,好抵食!一定會再來!
