馬拉盞炒通菜馬拉盞通菜係廚師推介,可惜馬拉盞味道不突出,菜的份量算多嘅。冬蔭功 (小)份量啱晒兩個人,每人大概有兩大碗。雖然冇得揀辣度,但係呢個預設嘅辣度啱香港人口味。不過,味道酸咗少少。 內裏的冬菇和蕃茄仔都好多,大蝦就有一隻半。炸蝦餅拼魚餅上碟時兩樣嘢都係熱嘅蝦餅兩件切半,入面有少少馬蹄增加爽口感,正常嘢。魚餅偏硬少少,係正宗個款泰式魚餅,好重香料味。清邁豬肉生菜包上碟熱辣辣, 肉碎和生菜嘅份量都好多, 兩個人食唔使追加生菜。不過,肉碎實在太鹹了,食完呢餐飯嗰晚好口渴🥵生蝦刺身生蝦都算大隻,個人認為肉質比較硬,未夠爽口,係新鮮嘅,印象中好似得6隻定8隻,泰汁唔係向泰國綠色個款,但友人都已經覺得好辣五樣餸加可樂,埋單395蚊,價錢算係咁。不過味道一般,相信同區會有更好的選擇。 continue reading

一想食泰國野就一定會黎九龍城,皆因夠正宗夠道地!雖然餐廳環境沒有華麗裝修,但個人認為夠地道,以往去泰國餐廳一定會叫以下幾款, 今次都唔例外-燒豬頸肉豬頸肉燒得香脆,切得均勻,而且醃製入味!個人認為重點是伴隨的豬頸肉辣醬,沾少少已辣得過癮。拼盤炸物是邪惡的!叫拼盤可一次過試所有口味, 拼盤有炸春卷、炸蝦餅、炸雞卷及魚餅! 炸得香脆,又唔會太油膩。鮮蝦炒金邊粉金邊粉的份量是一人份量,蝦肉大隻爽口; 炒粉香味撲鼻,伴花生碎及青檸,是泰國口味!青檸蒸烏頭魚每次食魚都好期待,因為泰式蒸煮烏頭都會連爐一齊上,保持住熱度!成條魚上面鋪滿多塊青檸檬加辣椒;賣相已經好吸引!烏頭肉質鮮甜,大條厚肉,夾雜青檸等配料十分開胃惹味 ; 而且辣度十足! continue reading

九龍城一直都係地道泰菜集中地,今次就去咗昌發,想食泰麵就要識😆食完真心驚喜👏🏻小店嚟講,呢度唔單止多選擇,食物質素高,價錢夠抵,真正大件夾抵食,會再幫襯。1️⃣遊船河(金邊粉) $50天氣涼番,食碗熱辣辣♨️嘅船河填肚好滿足。呢個船河湯頭都算濃郁,配牛肉片同豬肉丸。粉麵揀番金邊粉,我認為係最吸收到湯汁精華😋,泰式香料都新鮮,整體水準有B+,香港食到嘅味道嚟講叫正宗啦!2️⃣泰東豬肉生菜包 $69泰國東北菜較重口味,著重辣、咸同酸味,所以呢個生菜包嘅肉碎會更酸辣開胃,米香味出眾,配爽脆生菜,一啖咬落去真係好夾,份量仲要足到爆,食極唔完咁👀3️⃣蠔仔煎蛋 $128見隔離枱食得咁開心,聞落又好香,所以抵受唔住引誘叫咗😆。想講:值得嗌!蠔仔煎蛋用鐵板上,熱力將香氣送入你個鼻,仲要大大塊好震撼。煎蛋嘅底部酥脆香口💯,蠔仔夠多,肥美又唔腥,仲有海量芽菜墊底平衡油膩感👍🏻👍🏻,附上甜辣醬,所以一啖接一啖都唔覺滯。不過有時店舖會轉粉多脆口個款,所以落單嗰時可以講明要腍嗰隻。4️⃣芒果沙冰 $38勁勁勁大杯,滿到瀉;芒果味可以再濃啲,不過唔係死甜,都收貨啦😌📍環境較細、座位偏窄、唔算光猛整潔,但老舖小店,小妹唔太介懷📍自行手寫落單 continue reading
