今日約咗朋友去尖沙咀海防道泰斗食泰國嘢,已經唔係第一次嚟,之前印象嘢食好新鮮。今次order咗新派美味老虎蝦、海南雞、濕炒海鮮河、汁燒魷魚筒、蒜蓉包、烤薄餅、泰式蝦肉炒金邊粉,另外叫咗椰青。新派美味老虎蝦係兩大隻虎蝦煎香,再加上秘製冬陰功汁,然後上臺前再落酒喺表面,然後點火燒一陣,完全係打卡之選,而且做法特別,食落有酒香特別惹味。海南雞就絕對肉質嫩滑,而且一啲都唔肥,同埋特製三款海南雞汁將雞嘅味道推上另一層次。濕炒海鮮河及泰式蝦肉炒金邊粉 就夠曬泰式傳統味道,特別係個炒金邊粉第二度好難食到。汁燒魷魚筒就夠曬爽口彈牙,魷魚夠曬新鮮。蒜蓉包及烤薄餅即叫即整嘅關係,熱辣辣所以夠香口好好味。椰青係食泰國嘢必要之選,為呢餐畫上完美句號。

新派美味老虎蝦係兩大隻虎蝦煎香,再加上秘製冬陰功汁,然後上臺前再落酒喺表面,然後點火燒一陣,完全係打卡之選,而且做法特別,食落有酒香特別惹味。海南雞就絕對肉質嫩滑,而且一啲都唔肥,同埋特製三款海南雞汁將雞嘅味道推上另一層次。濕炒海鮮河及泰式蝦肉炒金邊粉 就夠曬泰式傳統味道,特別係個炒金邊粉第二度好難食到。汁燒魷魚筒就夠曬爽口彈牙,魷魚夠曬新鮮。蒜蓉包及烤薄餅即叫即整嘅關係,熱辣辣所以夠香口好好味。椰青係食泰國嘢必要之選,為呢餐畫上完美句號。
