位於開心地段蘭桂坊有間泰式串燒店,放工行過黎chill一chill,啤酒配串燒,一樂事也。泰式串燒最正就係醬汁,呢度有成7款選擇,有辣有唔辣。我地兩個人食,叫左個飯打打底先,再加沙律同埋串燒。串燒(左起):雞肉$18, 豬肉$18, 雞中翼$22, 魷魚鬚$25, 牛仔骨$43醬汁(左起):沙嗲醬, 烤牛肉醬, 芫茜酸辣醬串燒每款都好正!唔會燒得太過乾身,帶少少焦香。魷魚鬚有驚喜,佢揀既鬚偏幼身,食落唔會韌,同埋排得密密麻麻無欺場。牛仔骨鬆化美味,近筋既位置越趙越香,牛味滲曬出黎。最精彩既就係啲醬汁,沙嗲醬偏甜,味道幾好。烤牛肉醬同芫茜酸辣醬係傳統泰式風味,辣得黎唔係辣椒油既”死辣”,而係辣得好爽好過癮果種!啤酒分別點左Singha Draugt$40同埋Stella$25,兩款都係淡口既啤酒,Stella會比Singha多少少麥味。去骨海南雞飯$70雞肉夠滑,辣汁同黑醬油亦好出色,水準OK。泰式酸辣豬頸肉沙律$65 豬頸肉爽口好味,辣度幾高但越食越惹味。呢個沙律要留意既係佢唔係一般生菜,係以蔥段、芹菜為主。餐牌
