趁而家疫情放寬,可以同朋友聚下,就諗到去屯門三聖邨食海鮮,眾裏尋他,我哋就選擇了泰海鮮試一試。我們一行四人,點左海鮮湯、油鹽水貴妃蚌、泰式香茅瀨尿蝦、辣酒煮花螺、油鹽焗奄仔蟹、酥炸生蠔同白酒忌廉煮花甲烏冬底。首先上場的是海鮮湯,因為配料充足材料新鮮,所以湯味濃郁、鮮甜無比。跟住嘅貴妃蚌,亦都因為食材新鮮,不用加什麼調味料,用油鹽水勺,已經好鮮甜了,保留住蚌嘅鮮味。我嘅至愛賴尿蝦,唔用傳統嘅椒鹽,改用泰式香茅,特別惹味,配料嘅腰果也不錯呢。奄仔蟹,充滿黃黃嘅肥膏,鍾意食膏蟹嘅朋友,係唔錯嘅選擇。酥炸生蠔,外脆內滑,上碟時熱騰騰的,小心盪手。辣酒煮花螺,螺肉爽有咬口,唔太辣。最後,大大隻嘅花甲,用忌廉汁撈上烏冬,真係食到捧住個肚了!
