第一次嚟屯門呢間Bamboo Thai，估唔到鋪位幾大，枱與枱之間有距離坐得舒服。泰式紅咖喱魚餅上枱嘅時候熱辣辣，唔會話擺咗好耐先拎出嚟，有四大件魚餅，食得出有唔少魚肉，係屬於偏濃味嘅魚餅但就唔太食到咖喱味。柚子蝦沙律大蝦好大隻爽口，都有唔少柚子肉，配上芫荽香菜同酸酸辣辣嘅醬汁，作為前菜非常清新開胃。火山排骨 應該係呢度嘅招牌菜，order咗細份嚟試吓，份量比想像中多好多，大量聰芫荽蒜檸檬香氣撲鼻，唔好睇佢咁多舊骨其實都好多肉食，鍾意食連住肥膏嘅部位，點醬汁食更好味!! 泰式大蝦炒金邊粉炒金邊粉夠鑊氣，配上芽菜花生粒等，好有泰式風味，要知道泰菜好唔好食，叫個金邊粉試吓就知道，呢餐我同朋友都滿意食得開心!!
