To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想喺香港食到正宗嘅泰國菜，一定要嚟到九龍城，九龍城有好多間唔同嘅泰國菜館，當中不乏一啲老字號，可以喺九龍城呢個地方屹立多年，唔使講都知一定係質素啦。今日就同朋友約去九龍城食番餐泰國菜，每次我地都會食小曼谷，因為老字號，食物水準有保證，咁多年都係咁好食。串燒拼盤就一過可以試晒咁多款串燒，雞牛豬仲有泰國肉腸，一次滿足到所有口味。生菜包，生菜爽口，豬肉惹味，基本上係去泰國菜館必叫既菜式。難得黎到小曼谷緊係要試佢地個招牌小曼谷炒飯，蛋包飯入面食材豐富，有蝦，扎肉加埋黃薑粉炒過既飯，可以一試再試。
