To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在平日的日作天午餐,通常都是以簡便為主,但有時會嚐試不同的菜式。今天來到觀創紀之城,不如轉轉口味,一嚐泰越菜式。雖然話說嚐試泰菜式,可是卻又突然轉到泰越菜,一改以中菜為主的習慣。來到御泰坊,都知道以泰菜及越菜為主,而且還有什市套餐,便立刻不多想了。看看餐牌,不少有泰國菜式及越南菜式,但當中也有個別星馬菜,如海南雞飯,作為午餐。但是又不想嚐試海南雞飯,於是便點選了越南菜作為今天的午餐。今次在下加二十八個大洋將頭盤升級為鮮蝦札肉米紙卷,米紙比紙更薄,可以清楚看到內裡的材料。吃下時生菜的爽口和札肉的的咬口,而蝦仁亦有咬口,但欠缺爽口彈牙。套餐包括例湯,但例湯卻不知道是甚麼名稱,只是覺得沒有下過味精的例湯,而且都幾清甜的。香茅豬扒飯是地道的越南菜式,一般來說,都會見到一些香茅香和花生在豬扒之上,但是這碟卻只有香茅葉在上作為裝飾,而且份外覺得乾身,沒有之前吃過的油膩。豬扒是厚切的,所以口感都幾豐富的,而且有咬口及勁嚼。至於米飯,可選擇白飯或油飯。在下則選了油飯。油飯雖然看起來較乾身,沒有油光,可是卻又有著雞油的香味和油脂,不會吃起來只有白飯的味道。甜品為朱古力慕絲蛋糕。朱古力不是最苦的級別,故此

甜品朱古力慕絲蛋糕。朱古力不是最苦的級別,故此不會吃得太苦,蛋糕軟綿而慕絲亦幼滑,在舌尖上確實有雙重的口感。

整體來說,味道是很有水準,味道適中,不會過於應有的味道。服務方面,由於在下落單後,才把白飯轉換為油飯,侍者還未改單,已經上菜,於是便向傳菜員說了改油飯,傳菜員立即把飯轉換過來,可見服務質素是不錯的。
