泰園的醃蟹與椰青,都是我喜愛的,今次與好辣朋友來到,可以一試其泰辣菜式了。泰式醃生蟹, 以奄仔蟹代替三點蟹,爆多蟹膏,同時亦重蟹味,若醃製上,加些酒來調一下,會更能帶出鮮味與酒醉香。泰式醃瀨尿蝦,鮮甜肉嫩,蝦身也了剝殼,方便我這些不諳剝殼的人食用。椰汁雞湯,吃完生冷食物,喝碗暖湯是我的定律,雞湯的辣味突出,帶少許椰汁與香茅味,正合我口味;軟腍大件雞肉,煮湯後仍不失其鮮嫩。南瓜海上鮮,海上鮮有大蝦、鮮魷、魚柳、青口等,雖然有紅咖喱,但並不太辣,南瓜蓉吸滿汁料,又不失其鮮甜。辣爆海旋風,勁辣得要命,卻又吃到停唔到口的,紅紅的辣汁,水煮香辣的氣味,配上粒粒肥大爽甜東風螺,在舌頭上跳呀跳,好過癮!來多個會跳的,是秘製椰芯炒田雞,好特別的醬汁,甜辣中有多種泰國香草味,椰芯爽脆,走過油的田雞,略嫌顯得有點乾身。菠蘿炒飯$128,真材實料又豐富,有菠蘿清甜,飯粒又不濕爛,甚有口感。甜品不再是普通的芒果糯米飯或甚麼糕,而是西瓜綿綿冰,有芒果、益力多、豆腐、榴槤味選擇,我呢,當然選榴槤啦﹗嗅覺味覺盡是勁香榴槤味,原個西瓜肉挖成球狀,裡面放入榴槤冰,意想不到西瓜與榴槤是可以這麼夾,解辣又消暑。
