To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前我唔會食泰國菜, 因為我覺得泰國菜一定係辣 試過御泰坊之後, 我對泰國菜有新既睇法~我同男朋友當晚要去apm睇戲, 所以就來到apm食晚飯, 知道這間餐廳的泰國菜很好味..剛好6點去到又唔使排隊, 就入去試一試我地叫咗炭燒豬頸肉, 馬拉盞炒通菜, 甜咖哩羊骨排~炭燒豬頸肉 : 好大碟, 肉汁豐富, 點汁食味道好正(男友話^^), 我就覺得兩個人有點太多, 但味道唔錯 馬拉盞炒通菜 : 馬拉盞好香, 不太油又不太鹹, 有少少微辣, 不太食辣的我都很喜歡食這味菜 甜咖哩羊骨排 : 買相很吸引, 羊骨排味道跟咖哩很夾, 微"蘇", 肉質細嫩, 脂肪不多, 咖哩汁配飯一樣好味我地用咗45分鐘KO所有食物 除了食物好味之外, 餐廳環境都唔錯, 當晚我地可以坐卡位, 位置都很舒服, 服務都很好, 食物很快就到, 值得再試。
