To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

串燒,同樣是水準之上。這串燒拼盤是肉類野菜的串燒組合,五款串燒當中,最精彩的是雞和牛串。岩手雞腿肉串,甜甜的燒汁加上香口的大葱,口感嫩滑帶點脂肪,十分惹味。牛小排串燒至半熟,油花豐富肉質鬆化帶牛香,同樣出色。岩手雞軟骨串爽帶脆骨,還細心配了七味粉,只是燒得略為乾身。紫薯串香甜軟糯,鮮菇則略顯乾身,比較失色。

兩款甜品賣相精緻到極點綠茶果凍配雪糕會是個合乎大眾口味的選擇,自家制的黑芝麻雪糕,芝麻香也來得濃厚。抹茶果凍食感煙靱,加上薄薄的一層抹茶粉,抹茶迷的友人表示收貨了。

偏愛小眾口味的我更鍾情這金箔梅酒啫喱,琥珀酒色的比閃閃金箔來得誘惑,梅酒啫喱口感較為實在,梅子酒香來得深沉濃烈,難不成這梅酒也是自家製的吧?
