難得同同事Lunch Time出街食飯,今次同事點名要食日本菜!Lunch Hour最好Book定枱,1230就已經全場滿座!🌟豬軟骨湯烏冬定食豬軟骨有三舊仔,切得四四方方,軟骨煮得夠淋又入味,肉嘅部分會相對韌少少,不過都係可以接受嘅。烏冬用上急凍烏冬,夠咬口煙韌。加上昆布、粟米🌽、魚片等配料,仲有麵豉湯、沙律、跟餐壽司🍣,其實都幾飽肚滿足☺️。🌟三色丼//挪威三文魚 油甘魚 蟹膏飯呢啲都係朋友叫嘅,可惜👧🏻唔食刺身🥹。不過朋友們都稱讚刺身鮮甜又厚切。🌟味淋魚乾成餐飯最吸引到👧🏻嘅竟然係味淋魚乾,本來以為係燒雞泡魚乾啲friend,估唔到用上係炸天婦羅嘅方式炸魚乾。魚乾索盡味淋,偏甜一點,魚乾質感都幾厚實同軟身。再點埋蛋黃醬真係超正!🌟燒雞軟骨//燒牛脷//燒茄子整體上串燒嘅表現都算高質,雞軟骨嘅雞肉、軟骨同脂肪比例平均,唔會太油膩。至少牛脷都唔算好韌。燒茄子🍆面層灑上鰹魚碎,充滿日式風味,茄子多汁又燒得夠軟身,表現滿意😊。
