早前W Hotel做優惠時,買左兩位用下午茶套餐連兩杯氣酒既優惠($451.8),今日終於同閨蜜黎食,慶祝埋佢生日。今次既主題係活力狂想下午茶,行健康養生路線。雖然擺得幾靚,但味道方面,我地就唔太識得欣賞啦。茶方面,我地都揀左Signature Tea,我係玫瑰荔枝茶,閨蜜係血橙錫蘭茶,仲有杯氣酒。我地都覺得啲茶麻麻地,啲味唔算好出。首先食左Scone,第一次食薑黃味既scone,覺得唔夾,亦都唔鬆軟,普通個種scone好食好多。5款鹹點: 活力沙律配香脆米餅、人蔘雞湯啫喱配醋漬雲耳及杞子、越式春卷配醉蝦、羅馬生菜、墨西哥辣椒、紫蘇葉及脆蓮藕片、香煎三文魚配法蔥碎及紅棗醬、紅菜頭意式麵包配日式八爪魚沙律、脆淮山及西京麵豉汁。人蔘雞湯啫喱最難食,整成啫喱好奇怪。其它都不過不失,合格水準,無邊款特別出色。5款甜點:蝶豆花檸檬大菜糕、桃膠雪耳特飲杯、洛神花芝麻蛋糕、淮山士多啤梨撻、牛油果杞子黑朱古力布朗尼。蝶豆花檸檬大菜糕係所有食物當中最好食既,有清新既感覺。我唔識欣賞淮山士多啤梨撻,淮山做甜品唔夾,士多啤梨又酸。牛油果杞子黑朱古力布朗尼食落有蓮蓉月餅既口感,同一般既唔同。其它兩款正正常常。
