To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又係好繁忙的一天,中午時分去咗旺角太子一帶,經過界限街見到聞名已久嘅基隆茶餐廳,佢出名從來唔係因為出咗甚麼美食,而係茶餐廳會定期派飯及物資比區內老弱社群,剩係呢點都值得支持一下,可能已過最忙時間店內不是滿座,我輕鬆坐下卡位看餐牌,午餐都算平,叫咗個葡汁焗雞皇飯,等超過10分鐘,上枱熱辣辣,明顯係即叫即焗,葡汁面加咗芝士,焗完有些焦香,雞扒都係煎過先焗,皮脆肉嫩,米飯煙煙靭靭,我比75分,不過不失。凍奶茶反而唔錯有茶香又夠滑溜。
