To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同老公去咗西環一帶覓食。去咗個個大讚嘅周記點心。朋友話佢推出咗新嘅綠茶流心西多，於是走去試下。我地大概2點幾去到，門外有人等外賣，不過堂食我地唔駛點等就有位坐喇。地方都頗逼下，我同後面枱係背對背的。我地一人叫咗一個流心西多，我要奶皇，老公要綠茶，同埋一人一杯奶茶。兩個多士嘅流心度都係爆燈的，我覺得反而流得滯好似有啲水添。奶程味道唔錯，好香蛋黃味，又唔會過甜，但係個多士就林咗少少，同埋唔夠熱。個綠茶紅豆就真係令人非常失望。綠茶味係好人工(artificial)嗰種，用喺蠟燭度都由自可，用落食物度真係好難頂。啲紅豆少到好似用嚟裝飾咁，完全食唔到有紅豆味，又或者比個難食嘅綠茶蓋過晒。奶茶味道一般啦，茶味唔夠濃，可能始終唔係茶餐廳啩。整體我只可以比5/10分佢，真係有點點名過於實呀。
