之前新聞賣流記艇仔粉換咗新艇同長期泊香港🇭🇰仔漁人碼頭⛵️我先知原來真係有艇仔粉,仲要係全港第一☝️個水上牌照,全香港🇭🇰得兩個水上牌,第二個喺屯門。搭巴士🚌經薄扶林道去到香港🇭🇰仔中心,過隧道去海旁轉右,行大約5分鐘就搵到。要過一小段橋先到收銀處,艇仔粉$40,轉鴨脾或雞脾🍗就加$20,一場嚟到,就轉鴨脾,要瀨粉,問收銀阿姐去邊度食,阿姐話去公園,我懷疑🤨可能🤔因為得食物🥘製造🧑🏭廠牌。艇仔粉等5分鐘就有,艇仔阿姐煮完喺艇上遞俾收銀阿姐再遞俾我,我就上返岸拎咗去海旁公園食,感覺上冇乜風味。打開,餸粉分離,餸有鴨脾、雞🐓、叉燒同菜,皓足料,倒餸落粉有難度,因為皓重同埋下面湯皓熱。湯底濃,係大地魚湯,不過我覺得唔洗落胡椒粉加味,瀨粉皓皓食,鴨脾夠滑索咗湯都皓食,菜心都鮮,雞🐓同叉燒一般
