食湯麵除咗麵質好之外，湯底係非常重要。一幻係以蝦做主要湯底，亦可再加一般日式拉麵嘅湯。今次我呢個係原味味噌粗麵餐。沙律有雞肉、椰菜絲，配胡麻汁，好開胃！濃濃蝦味湯底，飲咗啲湯都唔覺口渴；麵條有咬口，叉燒淋滑，糖心蛋就一般。餃子餡料係豬肉，普普通通，勝在煎得香脆。呢度人流比較少，想食麵唔使去尖沙咀排隊了
