To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友一向鍾意食印度菜,專登上開飯search下有咩揀,搵到呢間叫Sangeetha Vegetarian的印度素菜,睇相幾正,即刻一齊黎試試。大約八點左右黎到,全間餐廳差不多九成滿座,而且全部都係印度人,哈哈,一定好正宗啦。餐牌好多選擇,由朋友拍板點左幾樣野。Masala tea($35)印式香料奶茶,就如其名,滿滿的香料味,茶好香呀,味道有啲似港式的茶走,甜甜的好好飲。Kiwi juice ($45)朋友叫左奇異果汁,顏色好綠呀~雖然奇異果味不濃,微甜都幾好飲。Masala dosa($70)未食過印度煎餅叫左一件試下,薄薄一片入面有餡料,仲附有三款醬汁,薄荷醬,椰子汁,咖哩汁。薄荷醬好勁薄荷味,夠清新但朋友話有啲難接受就咁食用。椰子汁杰身仲有椰子肉,口感特別。咖哩汁微辣,配煎餅好夾。餡料是薯仔蓉混入雜菜,帶少少咖哩味,煎餅煙韌似薄版的熱香餅,一份都好飽肚。Aloo mutter($60)食印度菜點少得食咖哩,先叫了一份薯仔青豆咖哩,大量切粒的薯仔,仲有少少蕃茄同青豆,咖哩充滿香料味,幾辣下的,但辣得黎又好惹味,連naan餅食剛剛好。Palak mutter($65)仲點了菠菜薯仔,

仲點了菠菜薯仔,就是菠菜蓉加薯仔粒,這款不辣的,濃郁的蔬菜味,除了薯仔粒仲有芝士粒,雙重口感很不錯呀。

仲點左青豆烤餅,但好似來錯左蒜蓉味?同上面個塊一樣味,都係好濃蒜蓉味,而且也不覺有青豆。
