香港一般拉麵店都以豬骨做湯底,比較少以雞湯做主角。鳥華亭 - 打著旗號以雞湯拉麵為主打,想必店家對自家出品有信心。雞白湯拉麵($76)及至極白湯拉麵($88)同樣選擇左大廚推介,由大廚幫我地決定麵質及硬度,最後同樣係直身麵。雞湯溫度足夠,入口有少許漿口感覺,仲見到雞湯面層上嘅雞油,果然係好濃厚嘅雞湯。直身麵未至於十分掛湯,但硬度令人滿意。雞肉叉燒連湯一齊食更佳!至極版本多左隻糖心蛋,果然夠糖心夠入味。加少少辣芽菜,成碗拉麵多左微辣味,又別有一番風味。晚飯時段仲有串燒提供,但我地每人食一碗拉麵都夠飽了,最後只係追加左一份炸雞($42)。炸雞新鮮炸起,外皮夠脆,雞肉調味可以再多少少就更好。
