自從去完台灣旅行之後對台灣嘅美食念念不忘,行過佐敦呢頭就試吓重拾台灣嘅回憶,先發現原來已經有幾間分店,佐敦呢間就係新開嘅。花雕醉雞醉雞肉質細嫩,充滿了花雕酒的香氣。每一口都能感受到花雕酒味,雞皮口感爽滑,食落一啲都唔油膩,好正嘅凍食小食。香酥炸排骨便當排骨炸至金黃酥脆,外層酥脆內裡嫩滑,咬下去時發出一聲響亮嘅聲音。排骨嘅調味料恰到好處,帶香氣同微辣,配菜有紅油花菜十分下飯,各位飯桶朋友可以叫多飯🍚🍚紅燒半筋半肉麵選用牛展肉部位同台灣食嘅一樣,入口肉質軟綿而Q彈。牛筋炆得非常腍,搭配濃郁紅燒湯汁,肉香同醇厚湯底真係令人越食越想食。 酸菜亦都有炒過唔會死鹹。✅
