To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 浦和上環站食完一排又心思思想去食了,話明放題就特別放肆,哈哈,一坐低就一份靚靚刺身頭盤送上枱了,升級版有梅酒,清酒任飲,少不免醉一醉呢^^今次主攻焗蠔,焗帆立貝,好好味,焗完上面的漿汁香脆,𥚃面的蠔,帆立貝仍然鮮嫰。我至愛的天婦羅不管是蝦或番薯、南瓜都好味,只是脆漿可以再薄一些就更好 嘩,有鮑魚粥呀,又綿又香,來一碗吧!配上薄片的炸魚皮,正斗!不能錯過好味的燒羊鞍,仲有燒多春魚,仲有燒串一口番薯,太多好野食啦,好豐富呀!好幸福呢^^當然要留肚食甜品啦,話明升級版,朱古力火鍋、炸香蕉、燉蛋、甜番薯和心太軟,樣樣都要食,哈哈,居然真的仲可以食咁多款甜點,女生的肚皮係有兩個是真的 ;)
