大家有冇想過在浪漫環境下坐著絲絨櫈吃一頓"中菜"呢!!浪漫的我便找到這樣的一間Fovea位於紫醉金迷的蘭桂坊中^0^高樓底下帶出全是浪漫情調,能這樣吃一頓特別的中菜也頗愜意呢~第一道菜{黑魚子燻蛋}$120/4隻~燻蛋放在精緻鐵匙羹上,外貌須未臻完美但幽幽燻香及軟綿蛋黃也足以令人心醉~{張果佬肴肉}$128令八仙之一的張果佬連瑤池也不去而尋找的肴肉多吸引喔!!這兒的肴肉比較肉多可幸尚算酥嫩,帶有煙韌的豬皮及膠凍是不錯的前菜呢^0^隨之而來係{野菌千頁豆腐}$128真的要讚大廚刀功將嫩滑豆腐切成薄,再配上野菌味道清香吃得材料真味道而且健康非常,如果豆香能多點會更加誘人~吃罷清淡菜式繼而到惹味非常的{百花樟茶鴨}$168~由一重沾滿芝麻蝦膠,一重樟茶鴨組合而成香氣撲鼻,吃下口感層次分明咬口十足,味道香濃喜歡重口味朋友必愛它呀~還有特別介紹這個像珍珠葉的原來係羽衣甘藍,帶點油潤脆口很對我胃口呢!!{貢品桃膠功夫豆腐花}$68近年大熱的桃膠亦被這兒的大廚盯上,配合鬼斧神工的刀功將豆腐花用菊花造型

近年大熱的桃膠亦被這兒的大廚盯上,配合鬼斧神工的刀功將豆腐花用菊花造型呈獻大家面前真的令人眼前一亮,桃膠沒甚味道口感有點像雪蛤糕但營養價值很高,含豐富植物膠原低脂又低卡對女仕尤其有益呢~
